Account Registration and Security
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 699jl platform. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 699jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending bonuses held within those accounts.

Account Security Obligations

Account Suspension and Closure

In cases of confirmed fraud, balances within the account may be forfeited. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact customer support.

Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
699jl accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods:
- Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳100.
- Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳500.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned where possible, with the account subject to review.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. Key withdrawal terms:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200.
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 699jl may request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal, especially for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount.
- Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully met before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted.

Delays caused by the player's payment provider are outside 699jl's control. 699jl does not charge any withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
699jl offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the point of the offer:
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
- 699jl reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in violation of these Terms.

- 699jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Promotional offers may have expiry dates, after which unclaimed bonuses will lapse automatically.
Players should always read the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion before opting in. Where there is a conflict between general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 699jl platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, regardless of the identity or payment details used.
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or over the platform's systems.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information about hand cards, coordinating bets to exploit the platform, or any other form of cooperative cheating.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity or depositing funds derived from criminal or otherwise unlawful activity.
- Abusing any bonus, promotion, or free play offer in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play — including placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine intent to play.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent interaction with 699jl customer support.
699jl employs automated and manual systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 699jl will act swiftly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate players.
